FRIDAY IS A HOLIDAY
Allah (JJ) gave the most beautiful of days to our Holy Prophet (SAW). Friday is the most virtuous day of the week. He reserved it for our Holy Prophet (SAW). “That day is a holiday for him and his Nation,” says He. Its night is also one of the holy nights. There are holy days within the year, but every week Friday night and Friday are holy. Our Holy Prophet (SAW) says, “There is no questioning for the one who dies on that day.” Since that day is a virtuous day, Allah treats those who die on that day differently.
