DO NOT TURN BACK AN ASKER EMPTY HANDED
Our Prophet (sAs) says, "Don't send anyone who wants something from you back without giving." Which means whoever comes, rich or poor, give him something. Today, when it comes to giving, people assume they should give a large amount. But whatever amount given is fine. Sheikh Mawlana used to say, "You give, even if it is a little bit. If the other one likes it, that's good; if not, at least you are not responsible anymore but the other one."
